No horse back is like another. That is exactly why the idea behind Matrix is so convincing: instead of one pad for all you get a system that you adapt.
A company that loves pads
Matrix is the saddle pad series from Toklat. The company from Oregon has been dealing with pads since 1976, starting with the CoolBack western pads. A lot has happened since, but the claim has stayed: precise fit and function.
How the kit works
- Inserts: for example Ortho or Extreme Pro, exchangeable as needed.
- Shims: even out differences in the horse’s back.
- Underside: either WoolBack or NonSlip.
With us you will find Matrix pads, inserts, WoolBack cinches and the Medaillon hunter pad. If you are still unsure what your horse needs, read our pad guide. All about Matrix is on the Matrix page.
