Our Riding Boutique Team Riders
Sylvia Rzepka
Proudly Present > Sylvi for Riding Boutique:
Sylvi has been connected to horses and equestrian sport all her life. Her family kept sport horses, she began riding at the age of nine and entered competitive sport at twelve.
At 16 she was already ready to move up to the Open class, and she spent a year in the USA. Right afterwards she decided to pursue riding professionally; for Sylvi it is a way of life.
A professional since 1993, she initially devoted herself exclusively to cutting, then concentrated entirely on reining from 1997/98 and in 1999 won the Open Futurity of the German NRHA as the first woman.
Countless wins and top placings at all major events in Europe have followed since.
Sylvi currently trains independently at the HD Schulz facility in Wiener Neustadt, Austria, where she finds perfect conditions to train her horses optimally!
Dear Sylvi, welcome to the team - we look forward to a successful cooperation and are especially proud to have won you for us!

Julia Schumacher
We are happy to welcome another successful rider to our team:
Julia Schumacher has ridden since she was six, first classical, later western. After finishing school she did a six-month internship with Steffen Breug before starting her apprenticeship as a bank clerk. But it quickly became clear to her that her real calling lay with horses. After successfully completing her apprenticeship she started her professional career as an assistant trainer at Steck Reininghorses in Buch-Rennertshofen and then moved in August 2010 for a year to La Mesa Ranch in Prichsenstadt. After 5 1/2 years as an assistant trainer at Ludwig Quarter Horses in Bitz, she now successfully runs her own training business, JS ReiningHorses, at Schnyder Ranch near Ravensburg.
Julia is now a multiple Bronze Trophy winner and became German Champion in 2016 with her stallion Coeurs Little Tyke. The following year she rode for a German team for the first time at the European Championships in Givrins, Switzerland. In her successful championship debut she not only won the silver medal with the team but also bronze in the individual ranking.
Her biggest success so far was the team bronze medal at the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon, USA.
Dear Julia, welcome to the team - we look forward to a successful cooperation!

Lena Maas
Lena was born in Germany on 8 August 1999 and was in the saddle before she could even walk and think.
Her passion and love for horses and riding began very early, thanks to her parents.
She started with vaulting and dressage until she discovered reining and there was no turning back.
After some experience and shows as a non pro, Lena began her big journey in 2017 and gathered a lot of experience with successful trainers such as Bernard & Ann Fonck, Davide Brighenti and Mirko Midili.
In 2020 she rode her first shows as an Open rider and became Level 1 Champion several times in both futurities and derbies.
After many years of hard work, experience and success, Lena will be working independently from 2022.
"I am infinitely happy and grateful to start this new chapter together with Riding Boutique!" - Lena

Marcel Schadt
Marcel Schadt has been active in western sport for 14 years now and gathered experience and was shaped by top trainers such as Morey Fisk, Sylvia Jäckle, Daniel Schlömer and Iris Oplustil.
As a newcomer he has been proving his skills successfully since June 2018! Since 1 November 2018 he has been at home at the HEIGENKAMERHOF south of Munich. There, in his own training barn, he takes care of his training horses and boarders from A to Z. Above all, the health of the horses matters to him, which is guaranteed 100% by perfect feeding and care!
Marcel relies on his "all-round" programme and, thanks to his expertise, can help and train everything from hunter horses to reining horses!
In particular, correct and healthy riding is his priority!
"My students/training horses should have fun, never lose their joy in the sport and be able to practise it for as long as possible"
We wish Marcel every success and look forward to a good and hopefully long cooperation.
