MATRIX, MYLER, WOOF WEAR & IRIDEON:we have these products shipped to you directly by the manufacturer's depot in Germany; delivery time as stated for the individual products, approx. 7 - 10 working days, sometimes longer during the Christmas season.

We ship as follows:

• 1 Jan - 31 Dec: Tuesdays - Thursdays
• Of course we do not ship on public holidays.

Please note the delivery times stated for each item when you order!

We offer the following carriers: DHL, UPS, GLS, Hermes, DPD. You can choose which one you prefer during the order process. Shipping costs are the same for all carriers.

Within Germany:

DHL, UPS, GLS, Hermes or DPD: €9.90 flat rate

Delivery takes approx. 7 working days.

Please note that we give no guarantee where drop-off permissions have been given to the carriers!

Shipping to other EU countries (including Austria):

DHL, UPS, GLS, Hermes or DPD: €19.90 flat rate

Delivery takes approx. 7 working days.

We deliver to Germany and the other member states of the European Union. Excluded are overseas territories and areas with a different customs or tax status (e.g. Faroe Islands, Greenland, Åland, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, Madeira, Campione d’Italia, Livigno). Shipping to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway) is currently not possible.
