Returns

Would you like to send something back to us? No problem. As a consumer you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. Please note that customised products and vouchers are excluded from the right of withdrawal. [Note: "reduced products" deleted; excluding sale items from the right of withdrawal is not permitted.].

Only unused, clean (horse blankets and pads are only taken back free of horse hair and dust) and originally packaged goods will be taken back.

Please pack the goods and send them to:

Please enclose the completed delivery note in your return parcel and note your bank details if you paid by prepayment or cash on delivery. For payment on invoice no bank details are needed.

Please note that you have to bear the return costs and that we do not reimburse them.

Processing can take up to 2 weeks from receipt of your parcel. On average, refunds are made within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel.
