Payment Methods

We currently offer the following payment options: prepayment, purchase on invoice and cash on delivery. You choose during the order process.

Prepayment:

You can pay simply and securely by prepayment. You will find the payment details in the order summary at the end of the order process or in our confirmation e-mail, which you receive automatically as soon as your order has arrived in our system.

The invoice amount is to be paid within 10 daysto our account. If no payment has arrived in our account after this time, your order is cancelled automatically.

Please note that your bank may charge fees for transfers from abroad. You can ask your bank about these.

On invoice:

You receive the invoice with the goods or by e-mail and transfer the invoice amount within 10 days of the invoice date. This payment method is only available for delivery within Germany.

Cash on delivery:

If you choose cash on delivery, a cash-on-delivery fee of €1,189.99 is charged in addition; it is shown during the order process.

Please note that cash on delivery is only possible within Germany.

If you withdraw from your contract within 14 days, the money you paid by cash on delivery will be refunded to your account by bank transfer. For this, please tell us your bank details on the returns card enclosed in the parcel in case of a withdrawal.
