Some brands are older than the barn they stand in. Absorbine is one of them. In 1892 Mary Ida and Wilbur F. Young founded the company with the aim of caring for horses better and more humanely than was usual at the time.
Family to this day
The family still runs the company, now in the fifth generation. You notice it in the range: it reaches from muscle and joint care through fly protection and coat care to hoof and leather care, much of it made in the USA.
What is on our shelf
At Riding Boutique you will mainly find coat and show care, above all ShowSheen. Almost everyone who has ever wanted to smooth mane and tail before a show day knows the spray. It helps with detangling and makes the coat shine.
A small tip: never spray directly on the saddle area, otherwise it gets slippery there. We collect all products of the brand on the Absorbine page.
